What happens with changing storage areas?

In expansion projects, new storage areas are often added or the logistics plan is adjusted. With our selection tool, new areas can be created/adjusted easily and intuitively. Existing bookings are not lost in the process!

How can bookings be modified?

Booking modifications can be easily made through the platform. Both the logistics provider and subcontractors have the option to adjust the time, gate, or zone of the booking. After the modification, the relevant logistics partner is automatically notified.

Does the logistics provider need to confirm the booking?

In most cases, yes, as the logistics provider handles the coordination. However, our flexible permission system can be customized so that subcontractors can book directly. The adaptive system prevents double bookings of zones, resources, or storage areas.

What happens in case of congestion and delays?

Congestion and delays can occur for various reasons and cannot be avoided. However, our good logistics overview allows for quick reactions to minimize wait times, and the general contractor does not have to bear the cost of missed subsequent delays.

How are carriers integrated into the system?

Carriers can book a delivery appointment by sending a link without the need for prior registration. They receive access and can choose a suitable time slot. The logistics provider is then notified and can process the request.

Can subcontractors make bookings themselves?

Yes, subcontractors can independently book transport and storage areas. They provide all relevant information, such as material, required unloading resources, time, loading zone, storage area, and the duration of use. Subsequently, the logistics provider is notified and can process the request, make changes, and send a note to the subcontractor.
